I will share the story of Vivienne Westwood is a British Fashion Designer and a businesswoman.
"You've got to invest in the world, you've got to read, you've got to go to art galleries, you've got to find out the names of plants. You've got to start to love the world and know about the whole genius of the human race. We're amazing people."

When I saw a Vivienne Westwood Fashion Show for the first time, I knew there was something intriguing about her. I think I was going to college when I watched her documentary. It was one of the most inspiring moments for me in terms of reflecting the independence, simplicity, determination, changing, authenticity, spontaneity, naturalness, sense of art and the way of expressing the feeling, opinions, and observation. Vivienne Westwood is a distinctive artist who exposes creativity along with a right to freedom of expression. Born Vivienne Isabel Swire in England, on April 8, 1941. In her early life after studying at a teacher training college she became a primary school teacher while making her own jewelry simultaneously. After meeting Malcolm McLaren, her Vivienne Westwood label clothing was being sold in the boutique called “let it Rock” was opened by McLaren.
She played a vital role in the rising Punk Rock phenomenon. Then they remodeled the store bringing some romantic insight and looking at the history. Then their first catwalk collection to be shown to press. They showed collections in Paris and London along with the thematic names such as “Punkature”, “Witches”, “Worlds End 1984”. Every collection was reflecting the movement of her inner world. She always runs behind the leading-edge ideas. Each collection reflected the period, such as “New Romantic” and “The Pagan Years”.
Her designs were worn by Marion Cotillard, Princess Eugenie, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Pharrell Williams (Westwood Buffalo Hat). Also her designs were shown in “Sex and the City” (Film).
Vivienne Westwood was awarded as British Fashion Designer of the Year for 3 times.

The second inspirer that I want to introduce you is Regina Hartley is a TED talk speaker. I read an article entitled “From Scrapper to Success” that she discussed with the idea behind her talk at “longitudes.ups.com”. In spite of her difficult childhood, she became the director of Human resources at UPS in NY. She got a scholarship through education. She knew that if she worked hard, she could overcome the challenges. She said that she also worked with people who are really scrapper and had faced so many challenges they must overcome to succeed. She remarked that you need to choose employees - regardless of where they come from and what value they bring. She also stated that you have to look for an opportunity, striving to find and if the opportunity comes to you by itself you have to embrace. You have to make acquainted with a new information and become aware of the business that you are in, and support it, performing your best. And she mentioned that people should not afraid of making mistakes. Because there are great lessons you can learn from a person who had failed. If you had been in a difficulty, you always try to find an occasion to cope with the difficult situation. This becomes their routine of behavior which means habit. They are much closer to finding a solution in the business life than others.
She also gives an inspiring speech for business recruiters in her TED talk speech where I first saw her. You can watch it from the link below:
